Job Description
I. Responsibilities of the Job
- Assist the line manager in implementing business strategies by developing marketing plans, activities and promotion programs.
- Conduct market surveys and customer visits to build in-depth understanding of the market and customers.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads .
- Manage product portfolio, prepare and plan timelines for new product launch.
- Research and analyze marketing information, including market trend, competitor offerings, to define issues and opportunities .
- Participate and contribute to marketing activities (tradeshow, training and educational courses, etc.) to help achieve company goals.
- Work with external vendors to execute the delivery of product literature, newsletter, event materials, etc.
- Track and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to determine campaign efficiency.
II. Qualifications
- Fluent in English language, both reading and writing
- Knowledge of the medical supplies/equipment, hospital industry
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Experience in marketing data analytic and tools.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Strong organization and prioritization skill
