Job Description

  I. Responsibilities of the Job

  • Assist the line manager in implementing business strategies by developing marketing plans, activities and promotion programs.
  • Conduct market surveys and customer visits to build in-depth understanding of the market and customers.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads .
  • Manage product portfolio, prepare and plan timelines for new product launch.
  • Research and analyze marketing information, including market trend, competitor offerings, to define issues and opportunities .
  • Participate and contribute to marketing activities (tradeshow, training and educational courses, etc.) to help achieve company goals.
  • Work with external vendors to execute the delivery of product literature, newsletter, event materials, etc.
  • Track and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to determine campaign efficiency.

  II. Qualifications

  • Fluent in English language, both reading and writing
  • Knowledge of the medical supplies/equipment, hospital industry
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Experience in marketing data analytic and tools.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skill
  • With pleasing personality
